What is the purpose of the Dashboard? The Dashboard is used by parking enforcement administration to see statistical trends and analytics about the parking enforcement and general parking on campus. You can see the percent occupancy and a detailed summary of the parking violations of any given lot as well as the campus as a whole. You can also see statistics about your employees and how many citations they have given.

Can I personalize my dashboard? Yes! The buttons at the top right allow you to add, remove, and move charts on your dashboard.

What is the Live Map? In the Live Map you can see a live updating map of all the parking spots on campus as well if they are vacant, occupied legally (green), occupied illegally (red), org occupied with an unknown license plate (orange). If you click on any spot that is occupied you can see information about the vehicle. You're also able to view camera information by clicking on a camera icon and even adjust individual stall permits in the Spot Editor.

What is the Violation History section for? Here is the database of the vehicles that have parked on campus. Using the search bar at the top you can search specific license plates (helpful when looking for repeated offenders or stolen vehicles). You can see how many times the vehicle has been on campus, how many parking tickets it has received, as well as the date of the last time it was seen on campus When you click on a license plate you can see all the violations they have received as well as the option to edit any of them.

How do I edit or delete a citation that has already been given? Under the #https://admin.spotparking.app/analytics/citations | Citations Page#, you can click on any citations to edit the citation details. You can also get there by searching for the citation's license plate, the individual that was assigned the citation using the search bar

Can I issue tickets from sitting in my office using the Admin Portal? Yes! Using the #https://admin.spotparking.app/analytics/active-violations | Active Violations# page or #https://admin.spotparking.app/map | Map View#, you can view all the parking sessions in violation and cite or print directly from your desk.

Under Settings → Violation Types, what do all the different violation types mean? This page allows you to turn violation types on or off within your organization. If your organization elects to not enforce certain rules, just mark the violation type as inactive, and the system will ignore it. Each violation type has a "Base Fee" attached to it. This allows you to adjust what the default amount is for a citation. This can be adjusted per citation.

**What is the Users page used for? ** The #https://admin.spotparking.app/users | Users Page# allows you to view all the users within your organization. This include any student, faculty, employees, or even visitors who have signed into your organization. You're able to adjust permissions from this page, and if you select an individual, you can view more information such as vehicles, citations, and more.

**What is the Lots page used for? ** The #https://admin.spotparking.app/lots | Lots Page# allows you to view all the lots within your organization. Here you can adjust the lot number, lot name, and even mark that lot as active or inactive regarding enforcement.

**What is the Permits page used for? ** The #https://admin.spotparking.app/permits | Permits Page# allows you to view all the permits within your organization. Here you can adjust permit information and settings. Changes regarding pricing and permit interval will be reflected for all permits being bought past the date of edit. You can also create new permits by clicking the button in the bottom left.

What are permit durations? Permit durations, editable within #https://admin.spotparking.app/settings/permit-durations | this page# allow you to create reusable intervals for permits. For example, if you would like to set a few permits to be renewable each semester, you can create a "Semester" interval with dates for each semester.
