View Citation Map Location

Need to see exactly where a violation occurred? The Spot Parking app provides a built-in map for every citation, offering clear context and transparency for both drivers and administrators.
Follow these simple steps to find the location details:
1. Access Your Citations Open the Spot Parking app on your device. Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the screen to open your account options. From the list, select Citations.
2. Select a Specific Violation You will see a list of all recorded violations associated with your account. Tap on the individual citation you wish to review to open its full details.
3. Locate the Map Once the citation details are open, scroll down to the Violation Location section.
4. Review the Location Context In this section, you will find an interactive map displaying a pin at the exact area where the citation was issued.
Why use this feature? Providing a visual map helps eliminate confusion regarding parking boundaries and ensures a transparent, fair citation process by showing precisely where the vehicle was positioned at the time of the recording.
